Baffled bonkers 🤣

Just like that weather barometer I am always on a quest

Yo-yoing up and down with my change of moods

Trying my best to fight that lockdown fat when I stuffed my face with foods..

And I walk for miles everyday with the wind blowing in my hair

One would think sleeplessness could never bother me, what with all that fresh air

But bother me it does as I lie wide awake

Ticking tinnitus causes insomnia, and visa versa for pity’s sake..
                                ~
Well never mind,  I will be alright

I am not the only one that suffers with this plight

Huh I am lying on my bed with yet another sleepless night
