Poem -
Balance

I.
I went to the mountains
and let my flesh melt away,
and my bones
molded with frost.
the wind carried my hair west
and caved in my jaw
where baby teethÂ
ground amethyst quartz stone.
II.
I sold my organs on the black market.
They cracked the ice away
and I sent you a bit,
just so you could realize how cold I was inside.
