Today is rain day
It's been a struggle on the street
So many people with their feet
The market is full
Everyone is crowding in 
Hiding behind the fruit and vegetables 
The law of the land says
Share the food
The children in the schools are poor 
We can donate fruit
We are luckier than some
I can give up my time
For the poverty stricken
An apple for you
Oranges for your friend
Bananas for everyone
