I am not sure I wish to be normal, or if i ever have been
Normal is quite crazy , from what I have seen
Normal to work from 9 to 5 day after day, have your children reared by a nanny, who you go to work to pay?
Normal to eat food that comes from a tine or a box, that food has a shelf life will be longer than yours.
Normal to dress for my age, told to behave and have some grace and for God never speak your mind, only the crazy do that say those with vision who are blind
Sit in a car for hours every day , travel back and forth. We text and we twit, yet as humans we have never felt so incomplete.
No time to walk in nature or visit a friend, the rat race goes around, will it ever end?
I'm so glad im not normal, just so happy being me.
I like to walk in nature and found a job that helps me work to live, I raised my children myself and cherish those memories for life.
I take the time cook and enjoy eating real food
I walk and dance and try real hard to live each day.
No I dont want to join normal. I ll stay a little strange.
To die with regret, or from something from one of those boxes that I ate.☺

I believe we are soul mates and one. Trying to be normal is quite depressing and I can sometimes loath this awkward stage of getting older and having outside voices try and sway me a certain way. Best to stick to your own kind that understand your heart <3 and when you are strong try and sway others this way - BEST WAY <3 stay wEiRd Louise because to the other weirds YOU ARE PERFECT <3 <3 <3 xoxo thank you for this poem

Thanks for your comment. ☺ We are trying to be normal in an abnormal society. What's normal anyway? Who decided what it is? Id say governments who wanted us to fit into a box, so we could be born,work, raise kids to do as we do, don't ask too many questions, education systems that lets face it will never really improve (well not unless you are very wealthy, in Ireland that is how it is) well educated people who think outside the box, ask questions and think for themselves are a problem,so by making them feel like they are not "normal" label and undermine them.
So yeah, no intention of wearing a label with "normal" written on it☺ Plan to get sillier with age☺
