Beached Wail

Beached Wail

I went to the beach,
like I always did,
and sat on the sands..
No one can stop me
I am a responsible adult,
to think another can make
demands..?!
I'm responsible for me,
look after the sheep..
I see them in their masks,
armed with hand gel..
keeping ten feet..
without a barge pole.
and snitching on peeps,
for taking a trip..
that's not strictly essential..
yet to me it is..
they want your name, and
address..if you enter a
establishment..
to track and trace every
movement..
and maybe vaccination..
will become mandatory..
How far we have come..
