Bedtime

Bedtime

The sun is down,
The moon is bright,
One last fight,
In store for night.

Story read,
Pajamas on,
Tucked in tight,
With hugs and kisses,
What else is missing?

No more drink,
I need to think,
Not a peep,
No time to creep.

It's time to dream,
No time to scream,
Quiet it down,
Before I'm mean.

Now go to bed,
It's time to sleep,
No more giggles,
No more drink,
I wonder why you have to pee.
