Beggars belief!

Beggars belief!

Dirty finger nails
Living life begging
I still hope and pray
I've been promised heaven
I see families lovingly waving
While I lay out my newspapers
Time will change
I'm not afraid
Under skies of grey
The cross is my faith
The ink of daily news runs dry
But still I see light in my dark times

What a relief, I've got beggars belief!Ā

Hi Wayne , I like this one as it reminds me of Jethro Tull album Aqualung. Worth a listen if you haven't already heard it. Great writeĀ
