Whilst things may seem okay from your neighbour or a friend

They don’t tell you of their plights that’s driving them around the bend..

From the outside looking in there is only so much one can see

It is impossible to pickup on a facade reality

Such a-lot of us find it so hard to seek help and open up

Spilling one’s darkest secrets from betwixt their cloak-and-dagger troubled cup

Whilst there is good advice and counselling out there

A shoulder to cry on.. a listener to care

Nobody can help you if they are unaware
