Being a manager

You take the lead and try to understand. What you are doing they except high demand. They want you to be perfect but do they really know. That in being a manager you should run the show. They start to pick at you because they feel that they can. They take that advantage yet not being a man. The highest of people should just take a look. Because all that I do is straight by the book. Yet they don’t want to talk just hide behind a wall. Still trying there best to make you feel small. But if they choose to act like a shark in the sea. They really can’t say there better than me. Why should I see something that catches there eye. When I see in myself there living a lie. If you want to change then follow that path. Because what I am seeing is really bad math.
