BEINGS OF LIGHT
I do not know much about gods
But to feel the immensity of the night
Catapult me into another intensity
Brings comprehension of the deepest communion
With gods composed of light
The light from nature's god
The light from mother earth
The light from the deepest recesses of space
And the misunderstood reaches of time,
Call these gods what you may
For me, they're all one in the same
Of that, from that, which did create
The façade of man, that temple wherein
All wisdom and all good does abide
And where seemingly mislaid
Complete mastery still does hide
For to broach that which is circumscribed
Speaks directly to the soul of man
That which abolishes time and space
And which help men become those gods,
Those beings of light
That did first create
The idea of god
In the very first place...

Regardless of where we came from originally as a species; whether it be through the process of evolution or divine creation, be it aliens or God, we are all brothers and sisters, linked by our own humanity.
And regardless of race, color, creed, or religion, we all bleed red.
We all cry when we're hurting.
We rejoice when we're happy.
We love our pets and our children, if we're fortunate enough to have any.
And we die.
Life's pretty simple, really.
It's just as simple as that.
It is love and relationships that tend to make it complex most times.

Well written thoughtful piece showing your reflective mind is still working full pelt on analysizing and assessing higher states of reasoning and existences complex interwoven threads producing the dynamic of life. You dissect the metabolic configurations of being according to theoretical appraisals in a creatively interesting manner.
