Better to have loved

here I go again..
I listen to the lovely ladies,
painting their hubbies in
a golden light..
and I can only feel a colossal
amount of jealousy.. in a nice way,
because..it should have been me.
"He was so soft, I could have whatever
I wanted..' yes he wanted you to be
happy, not weighted down with
his anxieties...how nice to see
a happy marriage..though I guess
it wasnt all Rose's..
but I'd have liked some Rose's..
and not battles in every issue..
Such a waste..it wont ever happen
again.
One bad word and I'm offl like a
bat out of hell....
