BILLY AND THE DENTIST

Billy's first visit to the dentist today 
Be a brave little soldier he heard his mummy say 
Poor little Billy was scared and petrified 
What would happen when he opened wide 

Mummy led Billy to the dentist by the hand 
Gave Billy words of comfort that only Billy could understand
The receptionist gave Billy a lovely smile
As she answered the phone and looked for his file 

The time had come Billy was in the dentist's chair
He opened wide and the dentist found no fillings there
Billy would do this again in 6 months time 
Putting an end to this interesting little rhyme
