‘Blowin’ a hooley’?

The south westerly wind is ‘blowing a hooley’
Forcing it’s fierceness towards my face
So my daily walk is one step forward & two steps backwards at such an unwelcome, unruly pace
Trees are howling sounding eerie
Twirling leaves are rising high
Birds & buzzy bees are carried into oblivion
Alas they are struggling to fly
The morning breeze has gained it’s glory
From a flutter to a ferocious fight
I arch my body thrusting forwards
Against it’s strength with all my might
Never-the-less I shall win this battle
Against this southern strong storm & me
Tho it certainly sets me a challenge
I shall hold steadfast & not blow free
Clearing the cobwebs from the morning dewed branches on the bending boughs
Wrought of the scattering leaves to enhance the whispering wind’s endows
I eventually reach the wooden post
My midway point, I touch the gate
Swiftly I turn around feeling force on my back
Iooking bedraggled from this blustery berate
Tho I attempt to take my time
My gasping gulps have taken their toll
This pesty wind’s power with intensity
Surges my feeble body towards it’s final goal
My conclusion from this experience
As I sluggishly espy my home insight
I shall abide my inner self’s advice
Remaining indoors for the rest of the night !!
