Body's Wild Fire

Body's Wild Fire

After all this time
Roses and flowers dried
You can say I've lied,
And call me a liar
While my body
Ignites wild fires.

The burning
Within
Felt all over,
Scorching heart
Pumping lava through veins
A savage dance
Mimicking the flames.

For all that perished in the inferno
What we bred was love,
Animating crimson roses
Together a dangerous pyre
Never burnt out for my smoldering goddess
Caressly dispersing body's wild fires.
