BOLERO

Bolero
at the edge of the ocean,
August Evening breezes.
cool the memory of your love
I still see it on fire
burning in its early passions.
The night breeze
softly sings love song's to you
As the sandy wavelets
break over my bare feet.
In the distance,, in the night
Someone is playing Bolero on a flute.
I can feel their notes
beating on my heart
The salty air is
now purifying my senses
breaking into rooms of
Old hidden memories
of lovers past..
In the distance in the sultry night
Someone is playing Bolero on a flute.
Note by note its touching my soul
I feel my passions
Smoldering red and on fire.
I need the humid air
to drown my needs.and wants.
to bring gentle solace to my heart
Reflections of the moon and its starlight
dance upon on the waves tauntijgly.
In the distance
Someone is playing bolero on a flute.
And tears are forming in my heart.
Yet in the far distance someone
is playing Bolero on a flute
And my soul is weeping.

I do love King Arthur and had quite the fascination for it as a teen. Been to Tintagel too :)
