BOWLER HATS

BOWLER HATS

Always black and always worn on your head
Now out of fashion it has to be said
The bowler hat or derby has had its day
Has been replaced by baseball caps some would say

Once considered an essential part for business men
I'm not sure we will see their like again
Famous comedians also wore bowlers if you didn't know
Think of Laurel and Hardy, Chaplin and Lou Costello

So bowler hats have gone but does the world care ?
It's all about comfort today in the items you wear
