Poem -

Boxing day 18’

Christmas day was yesterday
It is Boxing day now
But there is still an unopened pile of pressies on my floor somehow

I know who they belong to
Its our Amanda & Tom
Oh I do wish they would hurry up & Travel the long journey home

Amanda is my youngest daughter
This is her first Christmas away
I’ve seen some photos on facebook
Looks like shes having fun I have to say

But I would like her to return
It just doesn’t feel right
So lets hope the pair of them
Get here before tonight

This huge pile of presentsΒ
Stood infront of me
Need to be enjoyed by Amanda & her boyfriend you see
