Breakdown.

My thoughts confused.
What day is it.
I look in the mirror.
I look out of the window.
Don't see no one.
I sip on cold tea from, well i am not sure, it could be from yesterday.
The lights are on.
But there’s no one at home.
I say hello, to no one.
My body naked.
My body odour stinks.
I laugh out loud.
Then i cry quietly.
Christ it’s cold in here.
I go to bed.
I lie and think.
My thinking scares me.
I close my eyes.
And close my mind.
My mind no longer confused.
My body now warm.
I sleep.
And sleep.
And sleep.
I forever sleep.
