Poem -
BREAKING THE SILENCE
Snow is falling...
Accumulation on the ground...
Couples cuddled close to stay warm...
Some are waiting for loved ones to arrive safely home...
Some will be waiting all winter long...
Temperatures only continue to drop...
Clouds have completely taken over the sky...
Nothing else to see...
The snow has more to fall...
Higher and higher it builds upon itself...
Creating the ice below it...
The sound of breaking glass and crushed metal...
Breaking the silence...
Vehicles sharing the road with nature's elements...
Nature can quickly spin you off the road...
The best you can do is wait for the final outcome...
After the spinning is over...
