"Broken Vase"

You will be this light that this room will see
Lord it can get dark sometimes both day and night can you still see me ?
I see others around me worshipping you so gracefully 
At times I stand right next to them but feel lost and alone call spaciously 
I'm still on this Earth 
So I must have some worth 
lord keep me company I don't want to ever feel alone 
Guide me through life all the way till I reach home 
Home is heaven
Where I want to be Lord I'm begging
Will you hold be tight hold me in place 
Love me and take me as I am with your unending grace
Life is but a marathon so let's jog this lengthy race 
You'll be my only light through me and I'll be but a broken vase
Break me Lord and make me new
So that I can see the light that only comes from you
I see you Lord not with my eyes but with faith
Walk by faith not by sight is what you Lord saith
Therefore I'll follow you Lord I have no debt Jesus you're only begotten son has already paid it
Look for the broken vase don't forget ease us show us mercy I may be a little faded
But I trust you Lord and know that once I enter those gates to heaven then I'll truly know that this broken vase has finally made it
