Broken Vows

Promises heard like funny tale
Inside were just a big hollow, like big whale
Promising according to an instinct, unfaithful
Simply convincing, by being tactical and playful.
Pinky swear!  Thousand times persuaded
Excusable scenarios told and acknowledged
However, for momentarily I imagined      
As an elderly, for a mentor considered
Easy emerged from the upcoming, known!
Lead for a portion of time, my patience I extend
Questioned, pretend with the flow or run?
Yet unanswered, still ambitious for the outcome
As I patiently wait, strengthen my faith and follow
Prestigiously unstoppable, with the unextinguished broken vows
As for my question, still remains stable.
