i was 

sparkly

bright

in love

he was sweet to me

then one day 

everything 

changed

he was "cool"

and

i was "not"

it wasnt true

i was fed up with his

flirting

ignorance

he had given me this ring

it was a stupid plastic ring

too big

but i wore it as a necklace

when he 

flirted 

with my best friend

i took it and threw it at

his face

hurt

sad
