Bums

Somethings happen in life that are strange,
like walking toward the door at a store, and a bum asks for change.

giving him the coins in your pocket, you tell him you also have something you would like to say,
you tell him not to be rude, but you asked for change, i can only give you coins out my pocket, maybe you will see a change someday.

Really change can be coins, but maybe it is'nt coins they want, but only a fresh new start,
they may or may not like picking up cans and placing them in a grocery cart.

there are some who live as a bum in streets, but have plenty money , they choose that way to live,
but most all their money to charity that they always give.

Some who see a bum on street , they say mean things acting like their bad,
who knows, that could be God's angel and make God really sad.

Bums live life as an open book, no secrets to keep,
unlike the riches lives revolve around lies and deciept.

Most the bums are happy living on street,
living each day as their last, having no reason to weep.

So before you think about being mean to any bum,
know that you could be judged for it in the days to come.
