Poem -

To Busy To Die

They seek my life
And would capture it without notice
My life has but one strife
Death to the self my only focus

They can't interrupt my vision
Nor take me from my selected path
The freedom within my decision
Is based on my spiritual bath

They rule by fear of death
God's rule is for the living
Their way the calculating myth
This also is God's giving

They would rule the world
Bringing all under their control
But first things first to unfurl
Death and darkness can be but so bold

They know not my God
His voice and will their mystery
As thunder is loud
Questioning God their only factory

They hide in darkness in plain view
Mocking all who would live
And silently pursue
My life the length of the night long

They are the few of the many
But I am too busy to die
And what fear I have, if any
Is reserved for God on High!!!
