Whispers discreetly, so silent & clear
Ssshhhh my dearest, I want no one to hear
I shall wait for your embrace as the darkness is late
You may talk of sweet romance by my garden gate

Betwixt eagerness & apprehension my nerves are in tatters
Tho we share love for each other so none of this matters
Last night as the moon was a-waxing & waining
I stood broken hearted, my saddened eyes draining

Yet I shall see you tonight by the light of the moon
Our silhouttes will entwine as two bodies shall spoon
