Can he ever understand...?

A sadness consumes her, so hopeless and broken,
In a daze she does struggle, hoping her eyes will shut and never open.
Yearning for her princes touch, soon those days will be long forgotten,
she has confidence he'll prove her wrong once again.
Perceiving her with new manipulating conceptions, opposite her way,
tension grows stronger,so much his desire of work are long time away.
She cant understand why his happiness is never to be here at her side,
never to listen so all her hurt, pain and feelings are just put aside.
He doesn't get shes the laughing stock of town,
so its no wonder she never wants to be around.
Her pain and feelings are in a poem straight away,
His feelings are talking elsewhere, trying to convince his love to sway.
Shes lost, alone and sad,
hes happy and great, never to realize hes forgotten all he had.
She never wanted the moon or the stars,
all she ever wanted was her in his arms.
So years went by and still they hardly spoke,
just reminds her of the best days they had when they were broke.
He'll never understand you cant buy extra time on the road,
as he says his goodbyes, making her think hes on his last load.
But he loved all the time spent away without her,
so he could travel the world and come home and tell her after.
"Deal with it, or leave" is all that he would say,
Not realising her business was just a few steps away.
The struggles she had to go through with no partner by her side,
no one to share her life with or be her partner in crime.
Those struggles of nature that always alienated her inside,
or the struggles on the inside and her thoughts of suicide.
She always felt like her whole life was a curse,
between her illnesses inside and her life at its worse.
She takes it because she loves him,
He knows she would do anything he asks on a whim.
Love can do many things to a person,
like in your eyes they'll always be your number one.
Sometimes you feel helpless when there not around,
or clumsy and tongue tied without making a sound.
Such beautiful moments you'll both cherish for a lifetime,
priceless moments of life, that are perfect to rhyme.
A conclusion in 5 words, til death do us part,
love, a marriage, couldn't be bought, only lives in our heart.
