Cancer research or support group

Hi there.
My name's James Bevan and I'm currently looking for any cancer support groups or support groups in general to bring awareness to my new book on how I've survived a volatile cancer for 22 years on palliative care after chemo nearly killed me in 2005 and it should have killed me within 8 weeks at the age of 15. Year 2000. My book explains all and raises awareness for cancer and the charities all the profits are going to. Its to give people choice.
