Cannot Bleed

I have been cut,
But I cannot bleed.
I have become ill,
But I cannot cough.
I am so very lonely,
But I cannot reveal.
I have truly sinned,
But I cannot confess.
I hurt inside,
But cannot be known.
My soul is wounded.
But cannot be healed.
