Dim lights
Slow nights
These sidewalks seem
So empty this time

Hands in
Pockets
Walking alone
Once again

I ended up
At our favorite place
And it's more than I can take

I need you back
My tears have fallen to the floor
And I can't handle much more

Fallen asleep
With stains on my cheeks
Woke up
Without you to keep

The night seemed darker
When you're gone
But I waited till dawn

Hoping you'd come back

But my tears have sang
Into the dirty floor
And I can't handle much more
