CAPSULES: 3  This is my column writing on every Tuesday's to help those who have problems with their own life and to make a story-related articles for the benefit of our readers. Many subjects can be brought to light through this column.. Why doctors prescribe capsules? Capsules are easier to swallow and are used by manufacturers when the drug can’t be compacted into a solid tablet. They are also useful when the drug needs to be mixed with oil or other liquid to aid absorption in the body. It is normally a shell or container made of gelatin that contains the drug. Like this, In our daily life, there are so many issues which cannot be solved or swallowed by many people. This column will be a weekly wise posting story lines or threads on various issues by me - WILLIAMSJI MAVELI

The Pen is mightier than the sword !

The pen is usually linked with writing. It helps the writer to record his or her thoughts on paper. Sword is a weapon used forcefully against someone. There is a famous saying that the function of pen is mightier than that of the sword. But unfortunately there are people who believe that the use of force is necessary. A sword can be wielded well only by those, who are physically fit. But words can flow from the pen of even a feeble man. If he is a good writer, he can use the words to their desired effect. Many great writers had inspired revolutions. The French revolution for example was the result of the writings of great French writers like Rousseau. Writings can evoke different emotions as love, hatred, sympathy etc. It is something that is to be regarded with awe and respect. Hence pen is always mightier than the sword. Both the pen and the sword have their uses in life.

The Pen is smooth, whereas the Sword is sharp

The Pen is for soft use, whereas the sword is meant for hard use. This makes the difference. The pen is for peace and the sword is for war. The sword, therefore, implies force, not reason. The pen is thus preferred of the two. But the sword has its own uses. In the world, there exist not only good, sincere, honest and responsible people but also those who are wicked, dishonest and unreasonable. No argument will convince them and no eloquence can persuade them. Thus, where arguments fail, the sword succeeds. But this does not mean that the use of the sword is desirable. More often than not the sword has been misused. History shows how kings and generals owed power and used it to oppress the people. Give a man the sword for good purposes and in most cases he will use it for evil purposes.
