Causing disturber

Awoken thus night
Erie December
The screeching
sound so fondly remember
Chilling feeling
within my soul
As i peered my weary eye's
out into the night
Such a sound my ears a fright
Upon this summer Erie night
What hides in shadows
Causing disturber
A freakish sound
not gentle nor rare
Fruit bats
everywhere
Flapping into the trees
Sound shaking my hand's my knee's
Causing my heart no ease
Upon leaving into the night air
Watched on in disbelief
So many
my mind could not count thee
Nor did i move a muscle
To see so many bats in a hustle
Within my fresh fruit trees
Eating my apple's within the night
Their screeching sounds
cause no delight
I did not sleep at all that night
Within the darkness
Once turned out the light.
