I'm imprisoned by the chains of the past,
They're thickĀ and heavy,
And I wonder how long they'll last,
I want to be free,
But I don't know how to be,
When all I've ever known
Was how to be unhappy,
The chains won't leave,
And the depression's still there,
I gave up long ago,
Because you no longer care
