Chandelier Skies

Chandelier Skies

Amid the lilac roses and magical aromas
Of God's garden of chandelier skies
And gilded butterflies
Their lives a feminine entity
Of such pristine, empathetic, quality and grandeur
Where her perfection is such
That the slightest of things
Can damage her very perception of perfection
For with her remarkable, otherworldly, countenance
Her glance can make grown soldiers cry
And with one look
Into the gloriousness of her eyes
A man can find his most cherished secrets
In the reflection of her simply passing nearby
To the recognition
Of their own imperfections
Making it impossible to lie
Or find a reason why to Love the most caring
And beautiful woman in all of time
For to Love her from afar
Is enough to truly understand why
There is beauty
In every woman's golden affection
And beauteous imperfection
As in every woman's prom night
Where Love is chaperoned
And all women the spitting image
Of God's garden
Of chandelier skies
And gloriously gilded
Butterflies...

The use of mother nature to describe a woman speaks to your spiritual journey. One beautiful creation linked to the other. "Chandelier skies" that phrase glows with the beauty of this write.

"when He created you lying in bed
He knew what He was doing
He was drunk and He was high
and He created the mountains and the sea and fire at the same time

He made some mistakes
but when He created you lying in bed
He came all over His Blessed Universe." Bukowski

My Dear Brother Poet Tony,

She lights my prismed chandelier, that illuminates my soul;
Her beauty is beyond belief, of it I do extol!
For it emanates from not outside, but within her loving heart;
That captured mine with just one look, this romance had it's start!

It takes just one of her truthful glance, let's me know I've chosen right;
As we bond together in ecstasy, each awe inspiring night!
She is the chaperone of all my love, my life hers ever be;
For I know these feelings are mutual, by the love she shares with me!

Peace and Love,
Larry xxx

My Dear Brother,

Someday in the near future we will lovingly joust, and banter with words, with both our breathtakingly beautiful ladies love tokens tied upon our lances.  As per your request, we will do this on a "Saturday Night", and by Sunday morning, we will have brought our competition, and both our damsels to completion.

Peace, Love and Vitalis,
Larry xxx

I love the beauty and the inspiration of this finely crafted poem. The way you carefully handpicked and placed your words. It's just lovely, and if it were a painting in a gallery... I wouldn't be able to take my eyes off of it and I'd be sipping at the ? wine- a little too long! ?
