You can get stuck in a rut,
let it go,
carry on ,
changing ones thought patterns,
for instance I am well aware of the thoughts which prove to
be of no help, so I think in a different light thought patterns,
like I want ice cream, but it isn't good for me,
change of thought, alternative thought ,frozen yogurt ,
get the picture changing ones thought patterns ,
necessary to ones health and well being ,
exercise is good for your health, good thought
reality, did too many sports when I was younger, bad thought,
better thought I will do the best I can everyday,
changing ones thought patterns ,
cognitive behaviors.
