Twisting twirling
Round and round
Just the thoughts
There is no sound

Boiling fizzing
Whizzing whizzing
Screaming turning
Insides churning

Black above me
Black below
Black surrounds me
Cant let go

Slipping sliding
Falling out
Begging calling
Cry rage shout

Who can save me
Who would guess
That insanity hides
In normals dress.
