Poem -

CHASING PAPER

He spends his time chasing paper all day
The kind you chuck in a bin and throw away
Usually it's the newspapers that he chases
Found all over the city in different places

This paper chasing man is a sight to see
Holes in his trousers just below the knee
His shoes are well used tattered and torn
The coat he wears both battered and worn

I'm thinking paper is a comfort to this gent
For out of the bin he considers a daily event
Does he I wonder read the stories too ?
I will leave that answer solely with you
