Cherie’s “Jade Imperial”

Cherie’s “Jade Imperial”

I have a friend named Cherie, who had a doggie she named Jade;

And she loved her oh so dearly, for not the world’s gold she would trade!

And her Jade felt just the same way, her Mommy was so great;

They each knew it on their first day, that they’d found their true soulmates!

In the days of ancient kingdoms, miners sought a unique stone;

It was rarer than brilliant diamonds, as “Jade Imperial” it was known!

The rarest of the rare gems, worn by Emperors and Kings;

It was shaped by the greatest craftsmen, than set in necklaces and rings!

Through the ages it has lasted, today near impossible to find;

For its value is so priceless, the most special of its kind!

But our lovely lass named Cherie; unbelievably turned one up;

For the “Jade Imperial” she uncovered, was her soulmate little pup!

And each day her Jade grew brighter, became the most perfect ever known;

People came from far to see her, and marvel how she shone!

She stayed on Earth for years then, till the Angels proclaimed one day;

Our King would like your “Jade Imperial”, by his throne, to ever lay!
