Choice Of Death

If you could choose to die,
I would like to know,
What's on your mind?
A million ways to go,
There's only so much time.
So pick wisely fast or slow.
Choices made for the good and the sinful,
All matters predetermined,
The gruesome and painful,
For the odd and disturbing,
Quick and peaceful,
Should be for the righteous and deserving.
My choice of death to die in my sleep,
Just in time for one last dream.

Thank you Cherie these crazy ideas pop in my head an it seemed like such a great idea to explore in poetry seeing how so many people can relate death being so much apart of life it's inevitable. I wanted to explore death but I turned that around and made it short with a great closing to plant a thought deep in every reader's mind, and I know for a fact everyone who reads this at the end will think for a minute if they had to choose how would they go.thanks for the comment Cherie it gives me the such great support to keep doing what i'm doing.
