CHRISTMAS TREE

Yes we decided to trim the tree,
we took it out of the box and put it together ,
lights, and tinsel ,and candy canes ,

turn off the lights and see the tree shine ,
now we must shop for presents ,
all in Gods time,

add a little snow, send out the cards ,
say a little  prayer ,and so Christmas ,
will arrive family and friends ,hot chocolate ,

and stories to tell ,another year will come and go ,
so have  a very MERRY CHRISTMAS,
