Church
O, smooth, perfect vessel
When nothing is going right
I slide into the parlor steps collected
And find your shine waiting to ignite
That heavenly paradise promised
Where you subtly remind
My soul, my spirit
That it's all inside of me
And here, down upon my knees
Sheltered, I find my sins forgiven
Amid the golden frescoes
The statues of Jesus
It is this, the ever-church
Where I lay down my pains
And thank the warmed jewels
One by one...
O, smooth, perfect vessel
I leave my mind behind
For you
To make everything
Alright,
I may weep
But,
I find myself
Cleansed,
Church...
