Clouds

Clouds

How many times have I gazed at you from beneath your floating citadel
Wondering how I might climb the sky to find a worthy perch
Upon the soft damp wonder of your existence

To find myself surrounded by angels that play in the veil
Heavenly music lifting my soul above even you O' white giants
And wondering why I ever left

How many times have I seen you painted by God's hand
Subtle hues melded together in impossible color
Covering this broken world in Majesty

Fading into your obscurity with the setting sun
Letting the vibrant white of the Moon bathe the land
In your otherworldly glow once more

Wonderful experience in your words as they flowed meaningfully and sharing the connections of the heart and soul. Wonderful as I experienced the journey of my heart .I often take pictures of the sky and clouds and how they move my heart as well as fill my senses with sweet reverie and speak to my spirit the encouragement and refreshing that my soul needs. Thank you very much for your poem :)
