I looked up,
after looking down

My heart surprised
At what it found

For the clouds linger
within the blue of your eyes

Soft and subtle
Like heavenly skies

I looked deeper
Hoping to see a reflection
In which i knew

But nothing before
Compares' to you,

It's take's alot
To make me smile,

So i ask you sky
Please stay awhile,

This moment now
In time,

This feeling once lost
though here again

Touching my heart
To rid old pain,

Just a moment
To allow me to feel,

Reminding me
that love Is real,

In hopes my heart
Shall heal,

As i looked up
after looking down,

I ask you sky to stay
I wish my smile
A little longer

I wish not to frown
Today.
