If the stars were on fire
I would be no less captivated, locked by a vision
that was not mundane, as you standing at my door.
In old paint spattered clothes, a cell phone, and a coffee.
.Ā  I could see the result of your labors... and the
color scheme that was applied. It matched your eyes.
The time It took me to open the screen and want to leapĀ 
into those arms.. was a nano second.Ā  The time I hadĀ 
been wishing on this was immeasurable. I love you
thank God your truck died and it was raining.. and I happen
to be up with lights on... and ah... forget all that.
Come in, come in, come in
