Contemplating Death

I am sitting here
Razor in hand
Contemplating whether to end it all now
Or suffer through this pain some more
Everybody says it will get easier
But it won't
It will get better for a while
Then it will all go to hell again
Life isn't easy
But nobody said it would be this hard
Friends say they will be here for you
But where are they when you need them the most
Nobody seems to be around
When you're thinking these thoughts
Feeling like a screw up
Wanting to die
