Conviction

Outside of a window,

that is open from within.

Through it I see the truth,

and my old life starts to end.

The troubles of my past,

are replaced with love and trust.

The freshness of my life renewed,

with the hand of Gods loving touch.

Conviction of my soul,

I give my life to you.

Conviction of my heart,

I kneel and pray to you.

Conviction of the way,

Your spirit dwells within.

Please conviction, control me now,

help me free my life from sin.

I fly now on the ground,

as I feel love within my brain.

People look at me and say,

he’s found God or he’s insane.

I have this strong Conviction,

from something I haven’t earned,

This gift was free from the Holy one,

as the love I feel returned.
