Crazy Sweet Puppy

That's my clothes now on lawn.
clothes I woke at dawn to wash.
left to steal warmth from the sun
and frangrance from the wind
I wonder what you saw?
ghosts to kill With your claws?
you are lucky I'm asking, you crazy sweet puppy.
That's my shoe now in the trash
Shoes I love to flash around
forgotten outside done to a hectic day
innocently awaitind the next awesome day.
I wonder what you thought?
Some candy to sink in your teeth
You are lucky I have other options, you crazy sweet puppy.
As much as I love you
please do spare my stuffs
they May seem weird to you
doesn't mean you'd huff and puff
just stay calm or call my attention
you crazy sweet puppy

Hello Sis Cleo...
Sweet fun write!
Puppies are toddlers with 4 feet and teeth made for chewing...
Bless their hearts when they try to wear our wardrobe...
I think if it doesn't fit they tell it who's boss...

Hi HRL, Thanks a lot. warm regards.
Dear Cleo,
Your hysterical poem has brought back a very funny incident that happened a long time ago, when I also had a puppy.Β My Father came over on a Sunday, to watch football.Β To preface it, he had very flat feet, and in those days, had trouble finding a pair of shoes that he was comfortable in.Β He arrived wearing his favorite pair, kicked them off, and we watched the game.Β When he got up to leave, there was only one shoe at his side.Β I said to myself, "This is not going to end well".Β Sure enough, we found Kip, my puppy, in a bedroom, gnawing on what was left of my Father's shoe.Β Needless to say, I was mortified.
Love,
Larry xxx
