CROSSROADS
Standing at the crossroads of time
Gilded by flakes of iridescent dew
Lit by the lamp of my being
I stand
In a thoroughfare
That has no beginning
And no end
No light
And no dark
For I am time
That has neither beginning
Nor end
Neither light
Nor dark
I defy myself
I defy time
