CRYSTAL FLOWERS

How we twirled In the glittering snow
Arms raised high outstretched and wide
Wanting to own that snowglobe night
That beautiful fairytale ride
How we laughed as the iced diamonds fell
Covering our joyous heads
And begged the snow gods, make it last
This swirling frozen blast
How we danced feather light
Crunched footprints in the softest snowÂ
Delighted on a chill winds blow
In the snowy crown of night
And how we lived in those moments
Of perfect icy dance
Two glorious crystal flowers
So utterly entranced.
