Cur'sed Life

What's worse than dying?
Death surrounding,
To one's known 
One's dear
Closest to the the heart.
               Watching their light fade out
       While life is long 
Filled with suffering,
                                  Love muscle torn
                                             From the chest 
                                                      For any feeling 
               Is pure wretchedness
To ensure, long life,
Why.........
This is worse than dying
Because death 
Is far too great
                 For the cur'sed.
