The silence, I could get used to it
But the roar of the crowd gets me juiced
For, into the playoffs I roll
With the roar of the crowd in my soul
The opportunity to report to the God
Of footballs ultimate control
Adrenaline, the elixir of the winning edge
Where a man becomes more than himself
With the blood, sweat, and tears of camaraderie
Propelling me beyond myself and my dreams
And into the annals of football history
Where the ultimate is not "The Superbowl"
But the bragging rights you have in your pocket
Helping to propel your self esteem
For the rest of your life's
Family, of dreams....

Val!!......does this mean you're a Houston Texans fan?........or just everyone around you?...........No matter where I am in the world.........I ALWAYS catch grief for being a Cowboys fan........but I grew up in Germany and the all they would show there was "America's Team"........I've got $800 dollars on the "BOYS"......go boys!! .....go boys!!........boys!..Boys!!.......yes!........T
Well I must say I am a Texans fan because that is my home team! I used to cheerlead for the Oilers before they moved away :(Â and I tried out for the Texans cheerleaders and made it to the final round (they cut 1200 girls the very first round and I cannot believe how far I made it with only 38 girls remaining)Â but I was dancing next to my best friend and for some reason we looked at each other during the final minute of tryouts and started laughing and ran off the field. I regret that to this day!! I was going to try out a few years later but then I got sick and I will never have that opportunity again. I have a ton of respect for the players and the cheerleaders!! I am a huge Texans fan and I love me some Cowboys!!
Val!!......TEXAS IS THE FOOTBALL state!!...........lived in El Paso for a year........EVERYBODY loved Houston or Dallas...........you're a lucky girl..........perhaps Cherie and I will stop by for a spot tea sometime (lol!)...........smiles...........T xox

Hey Val!!......I'm still a Warren Moon fan........and I always thought Billy "white shoes" Johnson was the best return man in Texas history (so I had respect for the Oilers)........but now you guys have JJ Watt........maybe the best player in the entire NFL........so I see bright things for the Texans.........thanx for being cool sister girl......wish I could watch the playoffs with you........be fun..........smiles......T
Ha funny thing about Warren Moon! My parents saw him in the hospital the day I was born! So I guess his son is the same age as me. At least I would think so...makes sense to me! JJ Watt IS the Texans haha! He is the best and my mom got her jersey signed by him recently. Exciting stuff!!!
